  1. Hi @Sophia08, I'd like to ask how many hours in a week do they only count? 36 hrs or 40 hours (excluding the overtime hours) thanks
  2. What is it? Is it a bad record?
  3. @CalicoKitty Oh, I see. Yes, I understand that there will be fees for that?. Thank you very much for the infos!
  4. @CalicoKitty Hi! So is it possible to apply/endorse to a Non-Compact state even if I'm not residing there? (I'm currently residing and practicing in a Compact State)
  5. @NRSKarenRN Thank you very much for your info! It answered my questions!?
  6. @NRSKarenRN I see, thank you very much! my case might be a little difficult since I graduated nursing outside the US. Your info has helped me a lot! thank you!?
  7. @NRSKarenRN Hi! thank you for the quick reply! That's great to hear! But I can only have (1) active license though right? It doesn't matter to me as long as I can carry (2) license at the same time is fine with me. Do I apply for a license in Cali or endorse? ?
  8. I'm currently holding a NLC license. I was wondering if it's possible to have (2) active RN license at the same time? One is a NLC license while the other is a NON-compact license(California). I plan to work in Cali in the future so I want to process the paperwork as early as now. However, I do not want to lose my NLC license since I'm currently working. Hoping for someone to reply in my situation, thanks in advance!
  9. I have a patient who is nice but the relative is very rude. She’d call the nurses from time to time asking for simle matters such as turning their room lights on/off, asking them to get some water, etc. which are things that they can do. How do you respond or handle such matter?
  10. Thank you so much for the explanations and examples!
  11. So I took the Nclex-RN and sadly failed. It's weird sitting there and suddenly forgetting the basics, I guess I got scared. Now I got confused with these terms when I'm sitting on the exam. I mean I know them but once I'm there seated, I tend to forget them. Can someone please explain each terms to me since they always appear on the exam? 1. FOLLOW UP 2. CLARIFY 3. ANTICIPATE
  12. What other words are used in the Nclex exam? Usually when answering Q banks the words "intervene, follow up, etc" are used. My friend took the exam last month and sadly he failed. He said that words such as "intervene, follow up" weren't used. He said another word, which he forgot that started with an "O" was used instead. What word is this and what other words are used?
  13. I see, ok thank you for sharing such info :)
