Never had one of those. Our Smith Corona was thankfully new enough that it had the ability to "backspace" so I was lucky. We got our first computer in 1999/2000. Encyclopedia on a disc was horrible. Still spent 99% of my paper writing at the library looking through book index.

Yup. Welcome to nursing school where C's are awesome, B's are the new A's, and A's don't exist.

NOW EVERYONE CAN WATCH! *giddy with excitement* I was kinda kidding until you said you're giving the speech.

My program is 93 for A, 84 for B, and 75 for pass. We get extra credit but we have to be at 74.6 or more for it to apply. If you have a 73 and there's 20 points extra credit it doesn't matter, you fail.

Turning the brightness all the way down on the laptop really helps. So does the super strength icy hot on my shoulders and neck.

It was either go or fail. She's pretty cool.

My second or third test in fundamentals was a migraine day. My vision was so blurry I couldn't make out what bubble was in what row on the scantron and I started crying. I ended up with my instructor having me sit in the front so she could slide a ruler along as I completed each question. That was when I learned that even though she is intimidating (my goodness that woman is scary) deep down inside she really cares for her students.

1) I guess I reinstalled the AN app on my phone right in the nick of time. 2) I got a B in pharmacology 3) On this, my last review day before fundamentals final I will wake up with a soul crushing migraine. 4) I miss clinical. Being stuck in a classroom and not working with people makes me sad. 5) People can and will make it through nursing school only to fail during preceptorship. That scares me so much. 6) I still suck at APA format.

I learned that even less than 24 hours after downloading the app it will tell me I'm not logged in/ can't reply. Nice to see some things don't change.

I don't like to wear my clinical uniform? It's all white, the scrub top has a huge collar on it and it's a button up. Everything else, yeah sure.
