You need to tell them that you are a nurse now, so they can offer you a job. Meanwhile keep applying to other places, and do not settle for less. Even they let you go, that will give you more time to look for jobs.

Come early to look up your pt is a good thing. Do you have CNA working with you to help with the call lights.

If for sure you are moving, don't take the N-CLEX in Michigan. Take it in Georgia.

Employers are looking for smartness not for pretty face.

I've been there. Nursing school wasn't a good experience for me. I have always think that these kind of instructors are just miserable people. They do not have a life outside the clinical site.
