How long does the ADN program take?

Because I already have a bachelors and want to go for my BSN :)

Do you think they will let me start in patho in August at another school and still be taking it when I start DSN in October? Because I have heard that too...I've taken my other pre reqs at acc and have loved my classes and teachers and would like to still take patho there.

A and P II l, micro, patho. Denver school of nursing doesn't require patho

Denver school of nursing! I have heard great things about it. I just applied for the BSN October start.

Does anyone know how much a monthly light rail pass is?

I found out I can't take patho this summer, have to wait till fall so I am bummed. However, I have applied for Denver School of Nursing for the October start just to see!

I know it's A and P I and II but I know it's possible to take both at same time if you get it waived..

I know how you feel! I got my undergrad in psychology and of course you can't do anything with that unless you have a masters! So I went to graduate school for a semester and I realized counseling wasn't for me and that I wanted to be a nurse (which was always wanted to be) so I should of just stuck with that from the get go. Thankfully some schools here in Denver have accelerated programs for those who already have a degree. One school in particular lets you apply for the program while you are still finishing the pre reqs! So I am finishing up A and P II this summer along with micro (wish me luck) and I just applied for a fall 2014 start. Is there any programs like that where you are? Could you take your last pre reqs over the summer to possibly start this fall? The wait is hard. But it will be worth it in the end :)

I do feel that nursing schools realize that not everyone is amazing at test taking. Maybe look at some different schools but you can do it!!! You'll regret it one day if you don't what you want to do now :)

Depends on the nursing school but many schools don't just look at GPA. Yes it helps, but also having volunteer experience, your CNA training, and things like that help too!
