I applied applied for the the ADN October start date also! I got my acceptance email about 3 weeks ago and had my interview last week, my Hesi exam is on June 24th. Check your junk mail also, good luck!!

I am sorry, I really hope that you get in. I just sent in my application for the ASN October start start date last week. I am kind of freaking out. My gpa is only 2.9, I do volunteer at a hospital but I don't have my CNA or anything else;( Can you tell me what gpa you had when you applied? Good luck!

Hi Everyone, I am starting this thread for people who are applying to Denver School of Nursing for any 2014 start date. I will be applying for the October 2014 start. It would be nice if other people who plan to apply will post their application/acceptance process. I know that I will be curious to see when other people start receiving calls for interviews. I hope to get into the ASN program, but I am a little nervous about my grades. I have gotten B's in all my pre-reqs and in the process of taking A&P 1, and may get a C...yikes. I do volunteer at Littleton Hospital, so hoping that will help. Can anyone else talk about what they are doing to hopefully get accepted in this school? Thank you!

Hi Everyone, I plan on applying to DSoN this Feb. 2014 for the October 2014 start date. I know that they are now accred. and I am sure applications have increases. Sorry to ask such an invasive question, but can you tell me if you got accepted and with what GPA and volunteer experiences. I currently have a 3.0 and am a volunteer at Littleton Hospital but I am super nervous about my Anatomy and Physiology class I am taking. I don't want my GPA to drop. Thanks for letting me know!

I was wondering how fast this waitlist really went for people, I haven't received my number from Meramec yet. Hello, I will be taking the Dosage and Calculation Test to get into Meramec's Nursing Program. I know there is a class that is offered, but I currently reside in CO, so I am unable to take that class. I got a practice test and had a few questions. Can anyone walk me through on how to do these calculations? Thank you very much! Order: Ampicillin 500 mg Avail: Ancef 1g Directions: Reconstitute with 2.5mL normal saline to yeild 3mL worth a concentration of 330mg/mL Give: ??? Order: Zosyn 2.5g Avail: 3.375g vial of powdered Zosyn Directions: Reconstitute Zosyn with 5 mL of normal saline for a total solution volume of 5mL. Give: ??? If anyone has personally taken this test do you have any suggestions to better my score?:)
