For U of T, they only use the courses from your degree program to determine your GPA. York looks at your cGPA, your last 30 credits GPA, and your GPA in the prerequisite courses.

Probably your best bet is to take some more university classes this coming year and try to get your GPA up. Ideally take some that will also work for your prerequisites, because they sometimes look at that average as well.

I believe the cGPA is calculated with every class you have ever taken (whether in your first undergrad degree or not).
