  2. "..i dunno hun, something a mandatory assignment of the male anatomy...so she's going to the beach.."
  3. @ InnovativeNurse thanks so much! i have orientation in a month, so i plan to ask a million questions. any tips on what to ask/ be prepared for?
  4. @ InnovativeNurse thanks for the tips! did u find that book editions changed frequently? i have a friend willing to loan me the textbooks she's kept over her 4 years, but they are...9 years old, would that render them obsolete?
  5. @ janfrn thanks for the info! good to know. as i'm new to the site myself how do i go about PM'ing a member?
  6. @ xokw i read that...15 poats or threads? how? lol

  8. JuatWantToMakeIt! omgee congrats!! second year entry prep? whats that? doea that mean u've done RPN? hmm...i dont think theres a way we could "private message" each other :0/

  10. my bad. forgive my chutzpah. was a bit of a tongue in cheek remark :0) duly noted! do u know how often textbooks are updated? i'd assume it depends. my friend is willing to lend me hers, but theyre several years old... :0/ does that render them obsolete?
  11. hi everyone! i saw an old hread on this topic so i wanted to ask for current info anyone know where to find cheaper/used textbooks for the RN program? prices are incredibly expensive and i'm trying to be frugal with the little money i do have. or tips/suggestions regarding course material? could i get ebooks online? is anyone selling theirs? lol i'm currently enrolled in humber college's 4 year program starting september 2014 :0) thanks!!!
  12. xibb! u hit it right on the head. i did decide on humber. ur right, everyone had heir own opinion, i feel humber suited me best; class size, curriculum, atmosphere, focus and correspondence were all positive :0) thank u for ur help!! it is much appreciated
  13. @ xibb yes! i have applied to george brown centennial humber and was accepted into all three schools including ryerson. for the 4 year RN program. i'm definitely leaning towards humber of the three. do u have an opinion of any of their programs?
  14. have u had any experience with ryerson/humber grads? have u felt that one or the other was more prepared?
  15. hi beauty49! ur thread helped me make my decision: i had the option of George, Centennial, Ryerson and Humber, but i chose humber... now gotta do the osap thing!! i hope to start in september 2014. maybe i'll see u there!!
