  1. True. I usually just have them washed up and dayshift can do the dressing part. Especially if its they're shower day
  2. Well said. I also was an aide and am now don
  3. In my facility I promote night shift helping just not before 6 am
  4. Management needs to understand that done residents actually need these meds. You as the nurse document the responses to the med changes and present it. They won't want the state on them
  5. It does get easier. Bluster packs are way easier than sifting through bottles of pills searching through the right ones. Hang in there
