  1. I had to wait 9 long, miserable days...9 days of thinking I failed and trying to figure out where else I could possibly work...However, I did pass after 101-2? questions. I, along with 4 others took our boards in Santa Maria, and we all waited 7-9 days, where others from my class took it in San Jose, and they found out 2 days later!!! California is so random. Don't make yourself sick checking q5min...the BRN updates there website around 2-3 am M-F...so check ONCE every morning Tuesday thru Sat. I found out my results Saturday morning (at 5:30 am!! Talk about not being able to sleep!) One more note...if you don't find out in a week, I would definitely call...my girlfriend went to Sacramento herself and she said they were very disorganized...they lost her transcripts the first time, so she had them resent--went back to the main office and they lost them again!! After waiting for 1 hour, they finally found her transcripts stacked underneath a bunch of paperwork. Yikes!!! I hope that doesn't happen to anyone else... Good luck, but if the computer shut down on 75--I'm 99.9% sure you passed--congratulations!!!
  2. LOL!!! If I am to remember any one question from the NCLEX it would be the one on xerostomia...I think years from now that word will always haunt me!!! If you say you answered "artificial saliva" and had only 75 questions, I'm almost positive you passed!!!! Start celebrating--and don't worry yourself sick waiting for the results, just listen to your gut feeling telling you that you're going to have that "RN" behind your name in a few days!
  3. I'm 99.9% sure you passed...
  4. I don't wish the torture of waiting for the results upon anyone!!! I made myself sick waiting and checking online every day!! I had to wait nine miserable days for my results. California is pretty random, but I'm guessing in every state, the BON may be busy from all the new grads taking their boards, they probably have an influx of paperwork, emails, and phone calls. I hope your results come in soon!
  5. WOOHOO!!! No more waiting for those results!!! Congrats!
  6. I took mine on 6/29th...nine days of waiting...wasn't fun!!!
  7. Congratulations!!!! :roll  I found out I passed this morning too!! Now we can both breathe and smile for the rest of the weekend!!! Good job!!!!
  8. I accumulated those waiting for to take the darn NCLEX!!! LOL
  9. After suffering from knots in my stomach and getting a head cold from worrying so much, I found out this early Saturday morning that I PASSED. WHOOOOHOOOOOOOO Thank you all so much for your replies and support! I'm living proof that you can pass with 102 questions!!! I can finally relax and move on and I am SO ready to be a kick-ass nurse!!! :yelclap:
  10. If they issued me an IP, doesn't that mean they've received my transcripts???
  11. I don't know about your state, but I'm in California, and I was told that the BRN updates their website every M-F at 2 am...therefore results will show up every Tues. through Sat.--so no need checking every 5 minutes (I was doing the same thing)...I'm still waiting on my results and it's already been 8 days and 9 hours... I'm going crazy...(and I had 102 questions-not 75).
  12. I took my boards last Thursday (6/29) and still have no results, but two of my classmates who took it on the same day/time/location had their names posted on the website today (7/8). I totally understand how you feel. I haven't had the runs, but I did catch a head cold from worrying. Now that I see their names up, I feel even sicker!!! I, however, had 102 questions, and I feel like I guessed on a majority of the questions (like 80%?) so I am REALLY freaking out. My friend (who just passed at 75) had 7 select all that apply--which she would always get wrong on practice tests. She said she thinks she even got the very first question wrong. I'm counting on the BON's website being random. Otherwise, I better start looking for a new job!!! I'm starting to have nightmares about the whole thing!!! Good luck!
  13. Okay, I'm seeing everyone passing after 75 questions...what about 102 questions????
  14. I'm now hearing that the California BON website is updated every morning at 2 am?? Is this right??? I still don't have my results!!! And...Is it a bad sign if the last few questions are fairly easy ones??? I think I'm becoming neurotic.
  15. I'm still waiting for my results (since 6/29)...and it's killing me!!! I've been on such an emotional rollercoaster --especially after feeling like I failed the test! I started my first day of work today and kept wondering, should I even be here???? Tell me it's going to be alright!!!!
