which PDA should I buy??
I just purchased a Tugsten T5 myself and love it!! I got mine for 299.00. Only about 30.00 more than the T3, but it has alot of space in it!!! enough that I don't have to worry about using extra memory, I really wanted things readily available, so not to be using a memory card if I didn't have to. My question is, For those who have theirs set up already, What programs do you have set up on yours and what do you find the most useful as far as software. where did you purchase it??? Thanks Lori

preparing for nursing school
I start, LPN school in Sept 05. The only book I did buy was an Anatomy book, just to get a head start. I figured, none of that changes and it wouldn't hurt to start memorizing Anyone disagree?

Hi QUEENCA, Thanks so much, I have been trying exactly what you suggested, I think I am going to have my hardest time with A&P, is there a book out there that you know of that can help me get a little head start over the Summer so I will not have to struggle so much when it is time? and any special methods, you suggest, to memorize all this, EX: the bones and so forth. Anyones suggestions would be greatly appreciated!! I am excited, BUT>>>>>> Really nervous at the same time!!

:balloons: Congratulations to everyone here on getting into school!! I am a 39 y/o, mother of one, age 18, My LPN program starts Sept. 6th, and is 15 months long! I am so excited. I am a displaced worker, and going back to school, however, I am not a stranger to Healthcare. I was a CNA for 15 years, in Rehab Nursing, Nursing Home, Home Health and Private Duty. Like many of you it has been my dream to do this since childhood but I have done alot of other things since High School that had to take precedence!? Good to meet you all and I look forward to the next year or so with you. It will be interesting to see if I can learn again, LOL I hope I can be a support to anyone who needs it!!

Good Luck on your test!!! The NET wasn't bad at all, Nothing but MATH, English, Reading Comp. I really focused on the Math, Decimals, Ratios, Fractions, (adding, subtracting, multiplying, divide) I got almost 100% in all the Math, but the English, I got about 90% Overall I scored a 93.5. When I went for my interview, she said, she was impressed with my Math because it was a very important part of the program

So Sorry to hear this, as you will start new! and do great! I have GREAT family support, my daughter is 18 and in College, (now you can tell how old I am, I'm 39, lol) it's just my husband and I, and he is real supportive! (he cooks and cleans too!!) I will not have to work, because........... I lost my job to outsourcing (jobs shipped overseas) So I am eligible to go to School, I tried to get into the RN program, but there is a 1 1/2 waiting list, I don't have that time. The Federal program only give you 2 years to finish. I will get my unemployment, and my schooling paid for! Which is great!!! I was a CNA for 15 years, but then had to go work in a factory, is where I lost my job. So I have a Healthcare background. I have worked as a CNA in Rehab Nursing, Nursing Home, Home Health, and Private Duty. I have always wanted to go into Nursing, but things always got in the way!! So now my GOLDEN opportunity is here!!! I consider it a GREAT GIFT!!! Good luck to you, and see you on the boards here!!!
