Check into the gpa requirement for the science courses in whichever program you're going into. My school only accepted A or B in science courses/lab. Every program is different. Best of luck.

They are pretty similar. The format is exactly the same. I took the written version of the TEAS V exam and some questions were exactly the same. I'd also suggest purchasing the online tests those help a lot as well. Good luck! :)

No, they provided me with all of my conversions in the math section.

My school made us get titers (rubela, rubeola, etc etc) and if we didn't show immunity we had to be revaccinated. Hope that is of some help?
