  1. hey i am a student nurse also, last year i didnt pass i had a 79.3 and needed an 80 one of the most important things is keep your test grades above an 80 take notes make flash cards and sit at the front of the class. as far as this summer u could get a terminology book at the library. I am going back this year and i am going to pass with a hundred average, at first it got me down but now i have decided to go back and kick but.GOOD LUCK!!!
  2. search the web under nursing conversions or nursing formulas and conversions i have not had medical math but its coming up in the fall. do u have any advice on nutrition. good luck!!
  3. hey that is great!! i cant wait to get my lpn do u have any advice on nutrition that is coming up next and i hear its hard.
  4. A nurse who is a friend of mine told me a bout a patient she had that had been sick for a while and she had went in the patients room to get her vital signs and the pt was lifted off the bed just a few inches and she said that there was a black shadow that covered the room and as the pt died it was llike the shadow left the room and a very cold even spookey draft followed she says and I believe that u can tell a pt has either went to heaven or the devil him self has come to claim his soul. Nursing gives u a total different look on death and the higher power
  5. hi there are some good web sites for anatomy, just type in anatomy one of the most important things is keeping your grades as high as possible find a study partner keep your anatomy note book up to date and make sure you can spell all of the parts of the internal organs correctly that also includes the muscles, bones, brain, heart, veins and arteries, and as u go through anatomy u will see in the end it all comes together the body works together to protect and keep the body runing smoothly and it can even correct itself.
  6. nursing school is hard and there is a lot of information that u have to take in all at one time but if u really want it go for it that is what i did, find a study partner in your class and help each other out it really helps studying with some one
  7. here is a web site that will help with the anatomy. It will help u learn the parts of the body U of M general web anatomy http://www.msjensen.gen.umn.edu/webanatomy

  9. Hi! im coot and ya there are some bad teachers out there last year i had a bad experience with my teacher and the truth is so did a lot of my class mates she had her picks and the hell with the rest of us she would half answer our questions but for her picks she would go into great detail, but ill hold my head up high and return to school next year in the fall
  10. hi! congratulations!! last year i was a alternate and i was kicked out because my average was 79.3 and needed a 80 a few pointers make sure u can correctly spell all the parts of the body correctly [anatomy] and make sure u understand it in all perspectives the teacher will try to confuse u on test. good luck!
