  1. One of my friend tried to do OET exam 5 times and he still couldn't do it. He's from Phillippines too... apparently there's a lot of money, $600 each... Also, they were saying IELTS is much more harder than OET...
  2. deep breath... i know it's hard, but you need the experience as a new grad... after suffering in this year, when u have more experience you can go anywhere else.
  3. I am a third year student and gonna finish this degree next mouth. I was not lucky enough to get into new grad. Can anyone give me some advices for job hunting in NSW please? Thanks
  4. my auntie has a stroke and my family was lost. so i decided to be a nurse to help out:)
  5. Hey Mopples, I heard about after you got your registration you are not allow to work as an AIN, I am not 100% sure tho. double check if you don't want to risk. All the best!
  6. does anyone know do I need registration from APHRA before I applied skill migration for temporary residence in Australia? Its for 485 graduate visa. Many thanks.
  7. Yea, I agreed with Mopples. 3/3 last year students that I know they all got second round offers, but one of them even need to wait until Jan... awww... non-stop waiting stressing me out so much:( especially when I know a lot of people start getting their second round offer since 16Oct. well... what can I do, let stay positive and pro-active for job seeking, I believe a lot of people are on the same boat too!
  8. I tried to PM you too but I guess I'm too new to the forum so they won't allow me to do so... I have tried to email private hospitals and aged care, but private won't accepted as all the positions are filled and aged care I havn't heard anything yet. I am trying to stay positive and do well in my exam before stressing myself for next year employment. Hopefully something will come up soon:) If you heard about any vacancies from the places you contacted could you please PM me if you don't mind. Many thanks. now I'm trying to boost up my post to make the PM work, lol
  9. Hey Annie, I'm so glad to hear you got a second offer. just wondering when about you hear about the news? and did they ring you or email you? I am still waiting
  10. Hi, all. I just read another post and Mopples got into second round offer. Firstly, Congratulations to all the New grads who got the 1st offer and 2nd round offer! I am on the eligibility list but I'm quite confused what should I do next, as I don't know should I start looking for jobs or wait for the second round offer. Apparently, my friend who graduated from last year, she told me as long as I am on the list, I will recieve an offer. But just not sure about how long... and not sure about this year will that be the same as last year or not!? Does anyone know how does the list work? do they look at your preference or where you live or your performance in the interview? Please give me some advice about what to do next, and please share around if you got a second round offer.
