Hi maddiewee, me too I don't have a hospital experience. A friend told me that hospitals there prefer BSN and your care giving experience counts because when she got hired she doesn't have hospital experience too but she's a caregiver while she was studying. I have read from some of the post here that even they require hospital experience still bring your resume personally to the hospital, talk to the HR and call for updates regarding your application. Hi, if you still want to send your application thru mail you can see the form under the resources then PDF forms then LVN / RN application for licensure by examination fill it out then print it. I have three long first names and it can't fit on the online application so they advised me to send a paper copy application. Hope this helps. :)

wow thanks for your reply. i really appreciate it. now i know what to do. thank you!! :) just have a question regarding hurst online review because it says there that you have 90 day access to their materials. does it mean that i have to finish the all the core content, specialty topic, and practice questions in 90 days? i don't think that's enough time for me to review because I'm working 7 days a week and knowing that i graduated 5 years ago i really have to review my content. does it work that way? i hope not. and also can i print all of the lecture notes at a time? hi, im thinking of doing hurst review online too. i guess if you're weak on the content then go for the hurst but for the practice questions it is kaplan.

Hi, TorpengRN, I recently applied to Cali Board of Nursing but unfortunately got denied due to concurrency issue. Im interested in applying to Texas but I read that there's a jurisprudence exam and if you graduated more than two years without experience you have to attend a refresher course? Is it true? i really want to know more infos regarding applying to Texas. If you could only help me I will really appreciate. Thanks ?
