  3. I called Kaplan College. Guess theres already a huge wait list there too
  4. Thanks for the tip! Have you taken the entrance exams already? Mind giving me additional info about the program? My email is [email protected]. Thanks again
  5. Thanks. Are u also looking for schools?
  6. Did u make up the classes in Texas and licensed in CA or are u licensed as an RN in Texas?
  7. How did u do it? Can u give me more details? I need to make up ob and med surg. My email is [email protected] Thanks
  8. I think I left my email in that thread to the person who went out of state but never received a reply from that person. I doubt the person who is endorsing it will be allowed until she makes up her deficient courses. I spoke with my analyst over the phone and she told me that if the school is in the united states, it will be OK as long as its regionally/state accredited. My OR/DR cases were concurrent with my theory but my analyst explained to me that the main reason we're being declined as international grads is because its hard to take our education at face value because there's been many cases of people submitting fraudulent documents. She said that with US schools, its more credible and easier to look into the nursing programs. So once I do find a school that would cater to my situation, I would inform my analyst and make sure I get an approval in writing that after I make up the courses in said school, I will be eligible to sit for the nclex
  9. I'm looking for any school in any state that will allow me to retake ob and ms as required by the ca bon. I'm a Philippine BSN graduate / us citizen. Anyone have any leads or connections with any school that will allow me to do this? I'm willing to go out to any state to meet this requirement. I've contacted most of the CA schools already and I'm either already on the wait list, or the school won't allow us to do medsurg without retaking the entire nursing program since its considered like 15 units. I'm getting really desperate and so I'm willing to go out of state for this if necessary. My email is [email protected] if anyone would prefer to communicate through email or you can post here. Thanks
  10. Hi. I am very interested to know about the details of the school. My email is [email protected]
  11. Hey guys, I just completed 3rd year and I'm an incoming 4th year nursing student this June in the Philippines (born and raised in CA, however) and I'm in the same scenario as many of you here. I've only completed 2 of actual delivery, assist, cord care, scrub, and circulating cases concurrently with the theory. My question is, before I graduate next year, would it possible for me to retake MS/OB lecture for a semester in order complete the remaining cases to comply with CA BON's requirements? Would the CA BON accept it? And if not, what would you guys advise for me? Thanks
