You state in your post that some physicians and hospitals have offered several explanations for slow codes but you quote statements by anthropologists. What do anthropologist know about code blues and slow codes? Nothing.

Judging by the comments on this forum, the State of California does not accept the BScN from Excelsior. Perhaps you shoud rethink studying at this university. Who else doesn't recognize their education?

I have worked in an endoscopy clinic and for a dental surgeon, and the the person who will be driving the the patient home must come into the clinic so we can give them instructions and so we can verify that the patient will not be driving. If the patient did not make arrangements to have someone else drive them home then the procedure will be cancelled. We never let the patients walk out of the clinic alone. Ottawa, Canada

What was the name of the travel agency you worked for? I am a Canadian RN and am looking into travel nursing in the US. I have applied for my licensure in Pennsylvania. Does anyone have names of good travel agencies that they can recommend? Thanks!
