-
How scary does this sound to you? Or am I the only one -
i've worked as an LPN on 3-11 shift where there was only one RN for about that many residents
-
Homecare Nurses

-

correctional nursing in PA
I am so excited I am hoping to hear back from them today or tomorrow. did you like working for primecare? you can send me a pm if you don't want to respond on here. did you work in a county jail? did you like that?

I'm burned out
I needed a change after working in Nursing homes for a couple of years and tried Pediatric home health. It has its unique stressors but you don't have the huge med passes like in nursing homes. It is a much slower pace and can be rewarding.

What to do...quit or stay?
If you need the hours I would explain that to them and take it
-
What is your current LPN salary
$20/hr for homehealth in PA

Erikadawn, I received your pm and tried to answer you but a popup box came up saying that you need to post 15 topics before using the chat which I have not done yet. did you get my response or did it not go through? Are you still working in this area?

correctional nursing in PA
I have an interview tomorrow for an Lpn position in a county jail. just wondering if anyone on here works in pennsylvania corrections. I've been reading through posts and learned a lot about California corrections. I'm really excited but have never been so nervous about a job interview before.

LPN considering corrections
I am an LPN who has worked in nursing homes, as a school nurse assistant and currently Pediatric homecare. I am currently taking RN classes and am planning on obtaining a PHRN certificate with the goal of working on an ambulance within 3 years. In the meantime I am considering corrections. I am looking for something more exciting and technical than homecare. I would be grateful for any advice or insight.

Lpns in the er
I am an LPN right outside of Lancaster and would love to work in an ER. I am working on getting an RN and then I plan to get a PHRN certificate. Would you mind sharing which hospitals around here hire LPNS for the ER?
