I've seen a lot of these in LTC.If nurses are busy they just put the medicine cup on the tray and that's automatic that cna's have to give it to the patient.Well,maybe they have trust their cna's on that case esp when they know them already..It was...

...the fact that we are not perfect,we make a lot of mistakes.But don't let mistakes undermine you instead learned from it...you're not the only one did a wrong act and made an incident report maybe others made a worst act than yours..

i preferred to work night shift...not too busy as like as the morning shift...

...using therapeutic communication with the patient is very effective especially when they feeling down...maybe because i speak softly thats comforting for the patient and being a good listener..
