California just switched to a new online verification. The site was actually down a full week. Because of this many people are on the back burner and late showing up. Just be patient.

A friend of mine interviewed there yesterday for the new grad program.

No update yet. Haven't heard of anyone getting a phone call. My status hasn't changed either.

Make sure you read the rationals on all the questions, both right and wrong.

If they are gonna charge you anyway, just take it. If anything if you fail, it will give you the results where you are weakest in.

It says "Under Consideration", but I doubt they wouldve had time to go in and change all the status' today. Ill post if it updates.

My friend was taken to the HR recruiter after too, and they told her that shed get a 2nd interview via phone monday or tuesday.

The lady that interview me today for EPIC said that for the current new grad spots, they interviewed internals first and are starting to interview for externals. She also said the next round of new grad opportunities (approx 6 months from now), will most likely only be internals because of whats going on with EPIC. I asked because I applied to them aswell. And she said most of them went to internals, but they are currently interviewing externals to fill the extra spots.

Yes I did, one of them anyway, and only briefly. She said theyd call on monday with an official offer. I had to clarify because I couldn't believe what I heard. I asked "will it be an offer or a denial or a second interview?", and she said "offer" and that I got the job.

I think its all based on how well you scored. Each question was given a point set of 1 through 5, for a grand total of 25 points. So Im guessing if you got to 25 you got the offer, if you were close they will do a phone interview next week (this is what they said in the case of my friend). Again this me guessing, but the 3 questions I peeked at, I had scored a 5 on.

I got a job offer on the spot too!!!! So excited.

So far it only looks like PICU has started offers. They apparently start earlier than other units.

Didn't think theyd be making calls on a Saturday. But Congrats!!!

They scheduled a 2nd interview during the 1st interview. But every unit is different and i got the impression everyone who got the 1st interview (about 30 people) got a 2nd one. This was for the NTICU.

Anyone from NTICU get calls for finger prints next week (not counting the people who traveled and did it during the first interview)?

When I interviewed for the first time at the HR office, two people in front of me had driven 6+ hours to be there, and they got fingerprinted on the spot. I asked why and the lady said that if they were chosen for the next phase of the hiring process, they wouldn't have to drive down for 'just fingerprints'. I took this to mean that getting fingerprinted outside of this situation means your not hired, but your just moving on. Maybe background checks at this level have weeded people out before. Still its an awesome sign for you, and now I have my phone by my side lol. Keep us updated.

So all my references have filled out the survey, all the status' say 'Complete'. Is there anything I need to do at this point? Or just HR automatically know its done?

Maybe someone knows the answer to this. When does the program start? I am assuming late Aug or early Sep.

Had 2nd interview for NTICU. Seems like an amazing place to work. Wont know anything for a few weeks.

I had my 1st interview 7/12 for Neuro/Trauma ICU, scheduled a 2nd interview that day for tomorrow 7/19, and today I received the reference email.

There were a lot of Kaplan Hotspot questions pertaining to Fetal placement. LOA, LOP, LSA, ROA, ROP, and RSA.

You also wanna know med interventions for EKG strips. When to give Lidociane, Atropine, Adenosine and so forth.
