Questions for Suzanne4 - URGENT
Lets expect retrogression announcement on october 10th visa bullettin.Even if DOS say it as " as early as" its not the early point. Its due! Time is due!!! 13000 countdown from July 1st 2006. http://www.usworkvisa.com/updates/article.php?ID=240 10,250 as on August 1st 2006. 7500 as on September 1st 2006. 4750 as on October 1st 2006. 2000 as on November 1st 2006. Since the projected remaining number for November 1st 2006, is far less than the required average of 2750, DOS would publish cutoff dates/retrogression for schedule A on October 10th, that is the November bullettin. god bless

i think DOS would anounce the cut-off date one month before the acctual cut-off date. chances can be the date could be in November, however, they should announce the date in October. that is just what i think.

is NCLEX necessary before final interview ?
i just saw a thread on another network. a guy said "Petition filed prior to March 28 2005. you will show CG certificate or RN license. that key word is OR. Petitions filed on or after March 28 2005. you must show the CG certificate and NCLEX-RN SCORE OR RN license . that key word is AND . BEFORE MARCH 28 2005 is "or " and after MAR 28 2005 is "and ". after MARCH28 2005 you will prepare both CG certication and VISASCREEN and NCLEX-RN SCORE OR RN LICENSE .that is all if you meet all requirements before the final interview. " i dout about it, i think NCLEX is not necessary for immigration visa. do you guys think it is true ?

how many green card left from 50k ?
it is estimated that it would take one more year to go through the immigration process for PIC, in this case, people can proboly get visas before October this year when they filed their petitions before October last year. i think we can only sure if we can catch 50k until the final interview. so, how we can say it is safe when we filed last year ?

how many green card left from 50k ?
Does anyone know of an actual USCIS source which tracks the number of remaining green cards of the 50,000? I want to find out how many are left. Does the 50,000 represent past applicants that are in que, or is there a surplus for new applicants? is it safe for the applicants who filed the petition last year to catch the 50k ? thank you very much!

Aftermath of retrogression. What to expect?
my documents also were filed lately, however, in vermont center, the process is rather slow and stay put lately ,it seems will take at least six month for 1-140 approval in vermont. waiting and waiting is really a toturous thing, you never expect what will happen in the future, when i got everything in hand, i found the retrogression came, so i waited. when i heard retrogression was lifted on May, i got excited and thought there still had hope, so i got thing started, then another retrogression seems will come, should i laugh or cry? i have no feeling this time. :stone

about the lawyer fee
hello, you guys. a agency just find me an employer and sponsor for my green card. then the immigration lawyer contact me and give me a lawyer fee list for my spouse. which include 1500$(lawyer legal fee)+380$(petition fee)+195(CIS fee), totally around 2000$ just for my husband's immigration fee. and i should start to pay it after my 1-140 get approved. have you ever encounter this situation? and do you think it is reasonable? :)
