After reading Washington union contract, I noticed RNs in Seattle don't get paid well. Currently, my pay in Phoenix area is same as RNs in Seattle. Houses in Phoenix area are about 50% cheaper than Seattle. Plus, I get free medical insurance, pension plan and 403b. My Overtime is 1.75 times or more. I love Seattle. But I can't support my family there.

I will try Northern Seattle area. Hopefully, I will land a job there. I just want to move out Phoenix area. 100+ degree is way too hot. Plus Seattle has better schools for kids. I heard it rains almost everyday in the winter there.
