Info about Atlantic Cape CC/Cumberland CC
I graduated from ccc 5yrs ago, passed the nclex first time, and was offered a position in the tele unit during my last semester. the instructors are the best and the clinicals were very realistic, the program is hard the school boosts a 100% pass rate on boards. our class started with over sixty nursing students by secound semester only half were left, i believe 16 or 20 of us graduated. goodluck.

nj salary survey
hi just chiming in with some late night cant sleep too much on my mind advice dont think you can compare salary rates of nj and ny without comparing the cost of living: housing, car, insurance, food. i also dont think anyone on this thread is as far south as me i work for south jersey regional medical center, i make 40.00 an hour, my house is 2300 sq. feet and paid for on 1/2 acre with a water view, car insurance is approx 1200yr for three cars full coverage, my girlfriend works and lives in manhatten her apt is maybe 800 sq feet and her portion of the rent is like 1200month she cant afford to drive or maybe she cant afford to park her car but she says thats city life for ya well ya all can have the city i take country living any day. good luck and come south.

Opinions needed on RSI
sounds to me like the resident caused a delay in this patients treatment and an incident report should be generated and your charge nurse dosent sound like she worth her salt your crititcally ill patient deserved better than a 22 next time stand up and advocate louder
