  1. Thank you...I been shaky and happy crying all day
  2. I used the Saunders Q&A (recent edition I think it's 4th Ed.), NCLEX 4000 & Saunders comprehensive review book (4th Ed.). My study plan was just to go over questions and the sections that I ended up missing I just read up on it and did the practice questions again on that section. I had no peds or maternal questions (thank god! I am so bad at that area), lots of meds, and just 2 math questions, there was a lot of priority and delegation as well. I had 216 question w/33 SATA. And I felt great leaving the testing site....I know that sounds weird but I came out knowing I was going to pass. I just had a positive mind going in and relaxed the last two days before the exam. I went out for drinks w/friends and just stayed positive. This wasn't my 1st time w/this beast. So my only advice to you is listen to everyone and just practice questions after questions.
  3. I keep hitting the refresh button and it still says what I want it to lol
  4. I think we passed :) everyone says they did the same thing and got the same message :)
  5. Dooooo it! I did and got the good pop up right after my exam. But I'm still skeptical...
  6. Did you get a "good pop up?" lol I'm so nervous I don't want to officially say anything until I know its true
  7. Took the NCLEX this morning...had 33 SATA and it stopped at 216 questions. I did the infamous PVT and got this message "our records indicate that you recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. Another registration cannot be made at this time." So what do you all think? Should I be dancing in the streets? LoL
  8. Thank you for encouragement. I just feel like a darn moron but I feel better when I talk to you guys I feel like I'm not the only one and I can do this...thank you
  9. I am doing NCSBN. It is kind of similar to the NCLEX. You have to make a 75% on their practice tests in order to be consider passing. I am making 60's at the moment and I only have taken 3 test.
  10. don't worry i only it took once and failed and now im doing these questions from NCSBN and i cant even score above a 60% i feel hopeless and like i will never pass this dang test. Im sitting here considering different career paths. But the best thing i learned is hey if you fail you fail do it again until you get it. I don't know why we have to take a test to prove to people we can be good nurses. this test doesn't make us good nurses, just gets us a job. which is stupid. but hey that's the rules and we have to pass this thing. so just get over it and do it again and again. we can do this :)
  11. I am doing the 5 week plan. I just feel like i cant get pass the 60 mark. so is 75% their 90th percentile mark? what are you using as far as practice besides the NCSBN?
  12. means you passed...i, for example, did this trick and it took me to where you have to pay (the infamous credit card page) and i did not pass. so congrats :)
  13. I want to see you passed when you get on here
  14. That's the thing! I know my stuff it's the test and it's darn tricky questions. Your right I'm just going to go for it
  15. I feel like this book is worth the buy. I got it from the kindle store
  16. i can reschedule my exam in about 15 days (45 day wait). I was thinking of re doing my exam by end of may. And your right you shouldn't wait too long to retake the exam whats the worse thing that can happen is you fail...so what take it again :)
  17. how do you like the PDA? I got exam cram too I was going to wait til i was done with the NCSBN to do their questions.
  18. thank you :) have you taken your NCLEX yet?
  19. This will be my 2nd attempt at the nclex and I seem more nervous than i was the 1st time around. I just purchased the NCSBN 5 week course. I just took my pretest and scored a 58% (passing is 75%). I took Kaplan for my 1st time and failed. I also purchased the 5th edition Saunders Q&A book, and the PDA from LaCharity. I feel like I do well on the Saunders but when I took the NCSBN pretest I feel like a moron. I haven't set a date to retake my test but I just want to know how if anyone out there has done the NCSBN, scored below average and passed. I also want to know what everyone did for their 2nd attempt to pass the NCLEX? Sorry this is long I'm just worried and nervous that I will never pass this darn thing.
