  1. Those are the rules, you don't have to like them but rules are rules. I don't like that you only get 3 chances to pass the CRNE, i would prefer 5, but then again those are the rules. I agree, RPN or RN, both have to work very hard in school and in the hospital. We should unite and collaborate with one another. I read so many RN's bashing RPN and vise versa on this website. Chill out!
  2. Guys, for everyone thinking that 3 tries is fair and all that ********, before 2005 you got 6 chances to pass the CRNE.
  3. Oh gosh, after reading that i guess i'm burning out, lol.
  4. I just wrote the crne for the 3rd time this Oct and I was just wondering what options do i have with my BScN if I'm not successful in passing the exam the 3rd time? What else can I do? I know I can write the NCLEX in the states, and that I can take the CPNRE exam in Canada. Any other options? Also, I've heard that some people had a 4th attempt at the exam. What kind of reason would i need in order to get a 4th attempt? Please let me know, any information would be helpful.
  5. I just wrote the crne for the 3rd time yesterday. I believe i passed, but lets say worst comes to worst, what else can i do with my nursing degree that doesn't require me to pass the crne?
