I bought a Littman for nursing school but now I work in the ICU and each pt gets their own stethoscope to prevent spread of infection. They are Prestige and are definitely comparable and less expensive than Littman.

I intended to save more and solely use the award money towards loan payments, even if it doesn't decrease my repayment period. No I don't wear my engagement ring to work. You are not suppose to expose stones and metals like diamonds and gold to any harsh chemicals bc it can cause them to oxidize and become dull and discolored. We have a really strong chlorhexidine soap at work and I'm sure a strong hand gel too to prevent nosocomial infections. I also remove it when cleaning the house or going to the pool (household chemicals and chlorine are really bad for them as well). My fiance worked hard to get me a gorgeous ring and I want to take care of it!

I would think to pay off the loans with the highest interest rates first

I received my letter today as well! *wine I recently moved and luckily had my mail forwarded. It slipped my mind that I should let HRSA know. I will def call them tomorrow to update my address. Make sure they have correct mailing info!

Why would paying off your lowest amounts be better? And Jmedina can you explain the rationale behind biweekly payments again please? I definitely want to maximize these disbursements!
