It's good to hear that Kaplan is helpful because I take the Kaplan all this week.

Does it REALLY matter? Are all of you guys that class like 15 yrs old? Just use the stethoscope for heavens sake. You bought it so you might as well! There are so many other things to worry about in Nursing school besides what kind of supplies somebody has! Geez!

Sounds to me like someone has an issue w/ nurses! Ketamine? Probably would've killed them. Seriously, stop violating HIPPA & stick to your job. Or go get your RN!

I'm a single mom of 12 and I'm entering my senior semester of RN school. It's not easy but I'm doing it. You need faith, determination, & a strong will. You CAN do this! Much luck!!!

I'm soon to be a graduate nurse but I've worked in the medical field for almost 10 yrs. This is so condescending. Seriously, you have a couple of patients. Take the time & go thru your own charts! Memories are faulty & you're supposed to assess your patient anyway! I'm going to be a Med Surg RN & I will refuse to put up w/ that holier than thou attitude.

Just keep your head up. God always has a plan and he never gets you so far and then drops you on your butt! I waited 19 years to get into Nursing School and it was definitely worth the wait. God must've known that I needed to mature 1st before I got where I so desperately wanted to be. I'm a single mama, with 12 kids, 2 part-time jobs, and people used to tell me that I couldn't do it. I'm in my second semester, with good grades, wonderful classmates, and great instructors. Only by the Grace of God. You can and will do this. Just drop the haters and keep the faith!

I sit in the front. I hate distractions so the front is best. I have two awesome instructors at Central Piedmont in NC. As a matter of fact, all the instructors have been great so far. They make you want a front row seat!
