  8. It was really customer service oriented, basically how you react to differnt situations and the outcome. The interview went great very relaxed, the interviewer was very easy to talk to and friendly. They made an offer about 1.5 hours later let me know how it goes

  12. Hi All, I just started the online RN-BSN program thru U of Wyoming, very affordable, seems to be a great program, right now I am taking a Pharmacology Nursing class and waitlisted for 2 other classes, what I'm paying for the one class, which is 4 cr is about the same as I'd be paying per cr hr somewhere else. The tuition is 134. cr hr + books. I'm very excited to get more into this program. Kim

I just started the online RN-Bsn program at univ of Wyom, I am doing the Pharm 4470 and waitlisted for 2 Nursing classes. The class seems pretty rough but I'm sure it will be good, the price is right and I have heard good things about it and it's fully accredited Kim
  14. I am starting the RN-BSN program as of yesterday at UoW, it is a great program and very affordable. There is still time to register for the summer session, which started yesterday. I just registered yesterday myself. Very, very affordable. Kim
  15. Thanks for the great info, I am looking forward to this interview. I work in the ER now and think this would be a great change. Is it difficult to change shifts. They did mention to me that after I gained experience, if hired, i could be eligible to work from home. Thanks again for the info:nurse:

  18. I worked at U of M for about a year, I could not afford to work there anymore, for my years of experience I made next to nothing compared to Oakwood, I have 2 dependents so my insurance was high compared to Oakwood, as for ot, it is plentiful pretty much everywhere, after paying for parking and union dues my check was pathetic for lack of better words. I made 3.50 more an hour at Oakwood, my insurance for me and my dependents was a small fraction of the cost of U of M, ins just as good, no union and never have been mandated my 5 years there. Plenty of ot, plus bonuses for working over required weekends. Much better choice for me.
  19. I work for Oakwood now and have for the last 5 years, it's no better or worse than any place else, I have worked at U of M, Providence at different times.
  20. Can someone explain to me how to go about getting medicare certification, what steps to take. I am interested in starting a small (me) home health agency or just provide home care. Thanks Kim
