Hi Lee J A, First, you sign in to blackboard. Then, you go to the course search tab at the top. Next, type in 'orientation' in the search box. The link to join should be the third one listed. If I remember correctly, it's a password to join, which was probably given to you in your email. Once you join, it should be listed in blackboard amongst your current courses. Hope this helps.

My mom has been trying to get that info for the longest but no one seems to be able to answer all of her questions unless she is able to go to the campus (this is on the east side, btw). It doesn't have to be hard to take online. You could actually do really well. I recommend the websites purposegames.com, and quizlet.com as online study aids for both lab and lecture. If you have a very attentive instructor who does not mind answering any questions you may have, you should do fine! GL! :)

I agree with all of the tips on here. I found using a flashcard app on my phone very useful. I used an app called flashcard touch. You can even add pictures from your phone to your flash cards! You can connect the app with quizlet, which is a good website to use as well, and make the flash cards online and send them to your phone. There is also a website called purpose games, where you can label and quiz yourself with pictures. Another good tip that I have is using outside, trust-worthy sources. When I realized that I needed a bit of extra help, I googled it. You can find whatever you are looking for by typing it in the search engine and typing "site:edu", for example "blood vessels site:edu" and you should find some good websites that way. I also googled different pictures and charts to go along with the body systems as well. Hope this helps and good luck! :)

Last semester before I start NS! I'll be taking Intro Sociology, Intro Philosophy, Survey of Rock and Roll, & Anatomy and Physiology II. All web-based, so they should be pretty manageable. :)
