I know. I don't think I know what I want. If I don't take it, I may regret it later. Just wonder if I will be excited eventually or continue to feel this way. This what I always wanted, but now that it's happening... I don't know. I don't know how to explain it.

I finished the prerequisites. I've gotten this far, so might as well apply.

I have been a stay at home mom for almost 10 years. It's somewhat intimidating because I have gotten used to being home and being there for my kids. I much rather stay home now. I've always wanted to be a nurse, but now I'm not excited. Any advice?

I took 16 when I had newborn twins. Twins are now 4 and usually take 3-9.

I have never fainted or puked, but there was a time I felt like fainting. Five years ago, I worked for a RE at an infertility clinic. When a patient took fertility drugs and they had an over abundance of eggs, to reduce the chance of multiples they would eliminate some of the eggs. Multiples like Quads+. For the life of me I cannot remember the name of the procedure. It was a VERY VERY long needle. Soooo long. I swear it was the length of an arm. It went through the lady partsl wall to the ovaries to knock out the eggs. The first time I assisted on the procedure I felt like I was going to faint. I could not imagine having it done to me with that long needle!!

I did that when I was in school :). It is a good idea so you can get some experience .

I got a C in II. I got an A in I. I really struggled with II as well. My Grandpa also died during the semester and I was taking care of him. I would have made a B if I didn't have to rely on the average of my tests to get the grade for the 2 tests I had to miss that week he passed. That's a whole diff story though . I do recommend youtube lectures, that is what helped me in I. I started college when my twins were born. They will turn 5 in September! It was hard, but all of my time between them went to school.

I would take the math on campus, but that is just me and I completely stink at math. I don't think the schedule is too much though.

My grandpa used to tell people I was a nurse. I am not even in nursing school yet! LOL. I was a CNA many years ago, but never a nurse. He was on dialysis and I took him 3 days a week. He always wanted me to go in to treatment room and set up his chair (put a blanket on the seat, get his head phones out for the tv..etc). Before they hooked him up, they had to do a standing BP. He would tell the tech, "Don't worry my granddaughter can take my blood pressure! She's a nurse!" or would tell the actual RN that I can use her stethoscope to listen to his heart.. lol I miss him. He passed away in March.

I plan on it and both have the same entrance exam. I applied to a 3rd college, but it has a different entrance exam so I'm not going to fool with the 3rd.

I do! I graduated in 2004 and some of my classmates have been in nursing for years now. Some of my friends breeze right through there prereqs and are applying for nursing school. I went to work right after HS and didn't want to go to college right away. I started in Fall of 2010 and still doing prereqs with NEWBORN TWINS! I get discouraged that I am not done with my prereqs, but I have had a lot on my plate since then. Doing prereqs for both a CC and university, moving, having kids, moving in my grandparents, taking care of them, moving in my uncle and helping him, appointments, being a wife, dealing with deaths, and more. So, I can't be too hard on myself.

I've been taking my prereqs at a community college and recently applied to a university so I will have a back up. I would just rather get my BSN right off the bat. Instead of getting an ADN and then going back for BSN. Whoever accepts me though I will go with!!

It's doable without A&P. I would do A&P by itself, but that's just me.
