  1. I saw one post by "Andrethewhale" (I believe) that stated that he had gotten the good pop up the day of his exam & then had received the cc screen when he went back to confirm within days. He had failed & received confirmation of that. He has since taken it again & passed though. That was the only instance I found through all of my furious searching that followed me getting the good pop up the day I took my exam - I was searching because I needed to believe it was true, but couldn't trust it. Every post I found on here where it had been accurate soothed my mind a little while waiting for confirmation!
  2. Good luck to you. I, too, am alone & raising my 2 youngest children (one with a trach). I just passed my boards & it really does feel wonderful to have accomplished this...Best wishes!
  3. Yes, took it on the 1st & passed. Good luck to you!
  4. Worked for me & a former classmate of mine within 3hrs of taking the test. We both received the "good pop up" & we both have now seen our names on the PA BON website with active licenses!
  5. :clpty::clpty: Congratulations!!!
  6. Here's the link I have for 3500... http://nursing.slcc.edu/nclexrn3500/mainMenu.do;jsessionid=121DAF884226A9B50D4176CEE6E14BFC Sorry, can't find one for 4000:( Hope this helps.
  7. Prayers & Hugs to you all.
  8. I had a very similar experience as yours, I think we all do...I was valedictorian of my class, my lowest grade was a 97% in Peds. We used ATI also all through school & my score on the PN Predictor was a 99% probability of passing 1st time. I used Kaplan strategy book, Exam Cram, NCSBN 3wk course, a book of practice questions from an NCLEX prep course we had come into school the last month, NCLEX4000RN. I knew every lab value I could get my hands on (made flash cards). I stayed away from my books/notes though, too much info. I was told to just answer questions until I was blue in the face & I did that. Nothing I did in preparation for this test prepared me at all! I suppose it all helped somehow, but sitting there, I felt like THE BIGGEST IDIOT! I had, maybe 5 questions that I was pretty sure I answered correctly out of 85! I'm so sorry you had to keep going, I cannot imagine! My computer popped up the 2hr optional break screen & I looked up at the counter...81! I figured that I would keep answering & if I got to 86, I would take my break then! I cannot explain how thrilled I was to see that blue screen pop up! I KNEW I FAILED! I knew that I was just that stupid & had it shut down out of shear disbelief at how rediculously ignorant I was! I had a 2hr ride home crying most of the time & angry at myself, the test, the creators of the test, etc... Did the PVT trick, got the good pop up, & simply bawled like a baby! I had contemplated going on to get my RN, but after sitting for that, I'm pretty sure I don't want to do that now! I cannot imagine doing that again!!!
  9. Someone I saw on here took their test on Tuesday in Cali & already saw their name posted on the BON website...Have you checked there? BTW, the pop up worked for both of us as well! Congratulations:)
  10. I took mine Tuesday, got that pop up, & now have a license on the BON website! I'm a believer! I read on here that they changed the message a while back to the one we got!!! Congratulations:)
  11. You did it! Yes, put your books away & have a magical night!!! Congratulations!
  12. I am so happy for you!!! You did it! :ancong!:
  13. Any news cloudwatcher??? I, like many others, have a lot more faith in the PVT trick having experienced the good pop up & gotten confirmation of it's accuracy. I pray you receive the peace of mind you need soon & can put away your study materials as I have now done:)
  14. I got my license today!!! It's official, I am finally a nurse! As far as the PVT, I read through so many posts on here over the past two days to see if I could find ANYONE that had received the good pop up & had later found out that they had failed...Not one! I know what you're feeling though...Too scared to let yourself believe it & let down your gaurd...I felt exactly the same until I logged into my screen name on the PA BON website this morning & instead of "pending" status, it said "active" & gave the license number along with everything else. I was in such shock & so happy, I started screaming & pounding on the desk...My husband got scared & was going to call 911! I hope you get the news soon...Keep checking your state's BON site!
  15. Received my license today! I'm a nurse:anpom:
