thank you ladies for any/all responses!! i kinda am being a bit subjective here..:) when asking about those who've starting in the "nursing field" within the last 3 years?????? your experiences.......... ooooh.... also anyone who may have been in medicine (different area) what occupation were you in at that time? a part of the question was (poorly:-( framed to reflect changes in the employment/hiring trends over the last three years.... (sorry for any confusion ladies:uhoh3:)... not quite defined by what hospitals consider new hires:confused: thanks again god bless!

HELLO EVERYONE!!! I'M A NEW RN LICENSED EARLIER THIS YEAR AND RELOCATED TO ASSIST MY FAMILY. ENTIRE FAMILY FALLEN DUE TO ECONOMY .... NEARLY NONE OF MY IMMEDIATE FAMILY IS WORKING RIGHT NOW... (definitely a first for a family full of professionals). I was always leaning on them for financial support... and now everyone really needs my help! HELP ALLNURSES...IN GEORGIA AREA ANYONE HAVE "ANY" INSIGHT ON OPENINGS FOR NEW RN'S IN ATLANTA AREA??? I AM QUITE DESPERATE AT THIS POINT AND NEEDING ANY ADVICE/HELP POSSIBLE. I AM MOST INTERESTED IN WORKING IN THE "ER" (definitely a dream position for me) .... but would love anything at this point.
