  1. Thank you for sharing your story. Honestly, this is not easy, but I know that I (we) will all get through it one day at a time! If you don't mind me asking what other states to you apply where they did not require additional monitoring. Good luck to you!!!!
  2. Thank you for all you assistance, it is greatly appreciated.
  3. Does anyone know how to find a list of Caduceus meetings in Michigan? Is there a website? Thank you in advance for your assistance! Thanks!
  4. Jack- Thank you! I am now at the 6 month mark, so I only have a little bit longer to go. I am planning to move next week to South Carolina. Michigan's HPRP has been difficult to deal with only because they never give me a straight answer. They don't seem to have a policy/procedure on how to move. At this point I have decided to pack my bags and move. I will continue to follow my contract while in South Carolina until I decide to transfer everything over to South Carolina. I do have an attorney on board in South Carolina and would like to know when its best to get them involved, what do you recommend? Also, since I have 6 months left on my Michigan contract do you recommend I finish out my contract while in SC and hold off on applying for a license and finding a job until everything is complete? Your advice is greatly appreciated! Lobby
  5. DIVA RN- How did your transfer go? Do you have any advice in transferring your license to a new state? Did you get an attorney? I am in the process to move from Michigan to South Carolina. I am scared that I will have to start all over. Everyone seems to think it is a case by case situation. Let me know what you have gone through....any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Good Luck!
  6. Thank you for your advice. I am still in Michigan and have yet to move to South Carolina. I have talked to both BONs and am still debating! I am very grateful that I am almost done! I wish you the best!!!
  7. Question: Did your friend start applying in new state and then later transferred their monitoring agreement? I have been dealing with HPRP (Michigan), but they don't seem to know how to handle this and it is getting frustrating. There seems to be so many people telling me different things. If you have any advice on how your friends started the process that would be greatly appreciated.
  8. Hello! I have 9 months left of my contract but am starting the process to relocate from a non-compact state to a compact state. Does anyone have any recommendations or advice on how to proceed! (The reason I am in the monitoring program is because I received 2 DUIs prior to attending nursing school. I signed a 2 year contract with no restrictions. My file is confidential and non-regulatory). Thank you in advance for your assistance.
  9. ALL_OVER_AGAIN....Were you able to transfer out of MIchigan? Were you still under HPRP? What is the best route to take. I am in a monitoring program, but nothing is restricted. I just am nervous about dealing with the new state (South Carolina). Any advice?
  10. What ever happened to you? I am currently starting the process and plan to move to South Carolina, but I am really unsure of what I need to do and my Program here doesn't seem to know the correct answer. Let me know if you dont mind. Thanks!
  11. Hello! Do you mind sending me a copy? [email protected] Thanks!
