i dont care about material that much lol i just wonna finish this school and become a nurse ASAP everything else dont matter lol

i got some white shoes with lil wholes . kinda like slipersbut hard lol. u know something like all nurses wear. i got it in payless shoes lol they were like 20 buks and i have white sneakers also. i dont know aboutr snowstorms we should ask them on 19th. well i do have white pants from another uniform that i got in CNA classes before lol and sometimes ill wear them. the Top i dont think u can change. But today Ilona told me tthat shell wear a diferent top if we wearr labcoat on top =) i dont know lol. i dont wan to waste money. where in BK u live btw?

we went trough washington bridge last time. Babe they said u cant use any other uniform but theirs. they have a specific one. Ilona wanted to get a diferent one but Nicole said she cant use diferent one. only theirs =(

Im not sure yet how we getting there. Maybe by bus or Ilonas bf will drive us .What about u? yeah i did CNA ,HHA lol and CNA is the same thing as LPN but Lpn does a bit more thats all. I actually starting feel the excitement again I was looking forward to become a nurse for a while .I tried adult learning center .. failed the stupid test. U gotta be one of the best there so it made me feel down . But then Ilona did some research and found this school :redbeathe Its so nice that they have a website like this one. We never even met but i feel like i already know u for a while lol Nicole said that 19th they are going to give out books, uniforms lol and some other stuff. i wonder whats the other stuff? u think they will give us stethoscopes? That would be nice .

Its Gonna be okay babe! i Mean it. Didnt u tell Ilona that u are a CNA? I am CNA. and i have an LPN book . IT AINT THAT HARD AS THEY MAKE IT SEEM. First trimester everything is the same as for CNA cuz Nicole said that after first trimester u can get a CNA certificate. So Anatomy is just basics. i dont remember much tho but well catch up hun. Dont be Scared . We gota stick together and well make it :hug:

I read ur messeges on the other post but decided to reply here lol yEAH everyone has to pay the same lol and it sux that tap cant cover it cuz its in NJ =( Me and Ilonka are starting to bug out. really scared for school now but its good scared cuz we wanted to get into a program like that =) We Cant wait to finaly meet u on 19th. I dont think well be in the same class cuz they choose 25 people by first letter of ur last name Ilona is 11th and im 19th so we get into the same group she said. My last name starts with F and Ilonas with B so L is kinda far =( But we prob. will get same homework (if we get any ) and we gonna c each other on break and will get the same work =) . im Very happy that u got a babysitter, cuz that would suck to get into a nursing school and not be able to go cuz for that reason :uhoh3:Okay Doll well c u next week yayyyyyyyyy:yeah:

Yeah i Hope all of us will be in the same class. Its so cool that we have met here =) its nice to meet new people. Well i went kcc for 1 semester . i didnt even take all the classes to be able to take NLN. me and Ilonka are thinking of going back to kcc after we get the lpn licence or certificate (w.e they give out ) and finish for RN . So will be cool if the 3 of us will do the same thing together =) ONE thing im not sure about is that (i know kccc has lpn to rn bridge) but when u are an lpn do u have to take the nln in order to get into rn program? or is it automatic? do u know anything about it?

WEll me and Ilonka Got in =) The people were very nice in school . interview was fine also. so we r doing out medicals and gonna send everything on 10th. yeah we r taking out a loan also cuz we got no 20000 to pay lol

p.s they also have evenng classes and day classes. moening slasses start at 7:30 - 4:00 and evening from 5-10 plus one day on a weekend u also have to go .

For this semester they are booked cuz school starts jan.24th but u can try to apply for june

i am starting the new program "The center of allied health and nursing education". You can try to go there =) Its easier to get in . cost 22 000 for 11 months and its in NJ . kinda far. well im not sure where u live . Best of luck.

i took that test and failed =( it wasnt easy . so many people are taking it and u gotta be in the best 100.. otherwise u cant get it =(

But it think it will take me 2 hours =( well if ur thinking of driving there all the time then we can split the tolls and gas u know. would be better for u and for me and my friend ... but i guess will talk about it when well c u there the 19th. how will i know who u are? haha u got a facebook or something?

I finished that school. it was great and the teacher was a real pleasure. I pased all my tests on the first try but as far as it goes to finding a job ... vERY HARD. tHEY TELL U THAT U WILL MAKE 16 dollars from the strat but its all just to get u into the school. After school they didnt really help me with a job . And when i tried to find a job they wanted atleast 6 months of expirience and they paid as little as 12 dollars p/h . dont go for CNA . its noth worth it .

Did anyone took Nclex? is it very hard?

I just passed the entrance exam did most of the paper work. Now im waiting for my letter to know if i can start school in January 2011. I really hope that ill get in. it is expensive but worth it. I also live in Brooklyn. Right now im thinking .. if ill get in how am i going to get there . Its so far away. My friend has a licence but now car =( both of us passed the test.
