  1. Thanks hokiemama78 for the info. I am unsure if they will raise the cap for next year, but I will be trying it anyways just in case.
  2. What's the difference between the HESI, NET and TEAS? The programs I was looking into require at least one of the three...are these the same, or would it mean I will have to take all three?
  3. what is the difference between the HESI, NET and TEAS? Some of the programs I've applied to require at least one of the three...does that mean I have to take 3 different exams then?
  4. I am in the USAF and currently looking at applying for the Nurse Enlisted Commissioning Program. I am hoping to find some accelerated BSN programs in CA...anybody in this thread doing the same thing as I?

  12. Hi. I am in the USAF and currently trying to get into George Mason as a 2nd Degree BSN student (thru the NECP: Nurse Enlisted Commissioning Program of the Air Force). The NECP has quite a few requirements in place itself, like tuition cap for 15K/year as well as the program (and licensure) should not exceed 24 mos -- and so far, only a few programs meet this, GMU's Accelerated BSN is one of them, thus I am really hoping to be able to get in. Elhim412 mentioned that they are very selective, can anybody give more insight on their selection criteria, and maybe tips on how to improve my chances as well? Thanks!
  13. Hi. I am in the USAF and trying to get into GMU thru the Nurse Enlisted Commissioning Program of the Air Force, however, they have a 15,000/year cap. With this being a 12-month program, does this mean it is consecutive 12 mos or would it fall within 2 fiscal years (which is what i am hoping for). Thanks!
