concorde vs apollo lpn program in pdx?
I need to work during the day so Pioneer Pacific LPN program is the only option for me. They are the only ones that offer a night program Monday through Thursday 5-10:30pm. I would of been thrilled to attend Apollo if they offered the same. Oh well. I will work hard and pass my boards. Wish me luck! I start in December. EEK! :)

Worth it? Step-by-step LPN-RN-MSN?
I myself am thinking on the same path you went with. LPN first vs waiting 2-4 yrs to get into a nursing program. Ive taken most of my pre-req's and I am seriously thinking about an LPN program this next winter. Then after that, I can work still and do an online program that bridges to RN and BSN. Let me know if things are working out for you with yours. :) thanks

LPN to BSN @ Indiana State U...here is the info i got!!!
I am also in Oregon. I am currently in a Comminunity College taking my Biology series. I am planning on taking a break from the CC I am attending and trying for a full year LPN Program. Then I want to apply for the LPN to BSN online program through Indiana State. I do need to work while I attend college. I have nervous feelings about this program and is this the route that alot are going for? Oregon has 2-4 yr wait on their RN programs through a Comminity College. Thanks for any info

That is super for you! Congrats! I still have my long journy ahead of me. I did have some questions for you. Did you work fulltime during your clinicals and how many months or years did you have to do your clinicals in this Bachelors program? :) Thanks

Facilitating intubations
I had a question. I am in school for nursing and I was curious as my Dr. that I work with now informs me that nurses do not intubate! I have read that they have. In the real world out there....do ER nurses or ICU nurses intubat a patient? :) Thanks
