  1. I took the Nclex-RN on Jan 22, 2010, and got all 265 questions and PASSED on my first attempt:D It is possible!!
  2. Yeah, JU is a bit pricey! It just seems so convient since i work at night. Good Luck with your ADN. I love being a Registered Nurse, its the best feeling ever:redpinkhe
  3. Im in the process of looking for a good online RN-BSN program. Im leaning more towards Jacksonville University, and would like feedback from anyone who is currently attending their program. I work 12hr nightshifts and want to make sure its doable before I apply. :tku:
  4. Great advice! Good luck with your journey as well. You both will tackle the Nclex-RN, i know it!! Again, good luck to you:) Darniesha, RN
  5. I took the Nclex-RN on Jan 22 2010, and PASSED on my first try. I too got 265 questions and didnt know half of the medicaions that were on the test. So what i did was---broke the med down by prefix/suffix, and then ruled out n/v/d, because all meds have those side effects. As far as which patient to see first, always use your ABC's and of that doesnt fit, you always see the LEAST STABLE patient FIRST. Hope this helps:) Darniesha, RN:nurse:
  6. Does your state participate in the 48hour quickresults?? For your actual Nclex-RN results, it may take anywhere from 10-14days or as long as 6weeks.
  7. jmokeefe , i got my results on pearson then my name was on sbon the following day.
  8. Graduated December 17, 2009 with my ADN. Took NCLEX-RN January 22, 2010 and PASSED, also landed a job January 27th on the ortho/med-surg floor!! Im Blessed and excited to finally be done and starting my new career as a Registered Nurse:nurse: Congrats everyone:yeah:
  9. I took the Nclex on Friday Jan 22nd, and my results were avaliable on Sunday the 24th! So if you took it Thursday, you will have your results Saturday! It was so exciting to see the word PASS! Good Luck:D
  10. Dont feel bad......Ive had the same "personality tests" on every application Ive submitted. I am happy to say that I went on an interview yesterday, and got the job! Just a tip---they use those "personality tests" to see what questions they need to ask you during the interview. Good luck with your job search. I have been truly BLESSED:redpinkhe
  11. I took the Nclex-RN on January 22nd, and for all 265 questions and PASSED!!!! So for everyone who is getting ready to take the oh so dreaded nclex, dont think about the number of questions. Just answer each question to the best of your ability......i wont lie, you WILL come out of the testing center feeling a bundle of emotions! GOOD LUCK! Im so happy that im finally a REGISTERED NURSE:balloons:
