Hi I am worried I will be put on list. question do you get placed on the npdb first? Is that a precursor to oig list? are you on the npdb as well? can you go through steps you took to get off oig list?

I just endorsed my RN license into NY!!! I am looking to move in next few months but with no actual RN experience I am looking for something that will use my skills but get me into the hospital setting. Looking into manhattan and BK. As a LVN in CA I make 62k, but will be happy with a RN job that makes me work harder.

it is possible! I did it but had tons of paperwork including AA meeting attendance, letter from a psych eval, and a certificate from an outpatient program, and letters of recommendations. I did this to show I was serious (and am). Submit everything you have, be honest. I would work with your probation for awhile to also show clean testing and make your case. Not sure if it is possible without all this but I did not want to take any chances.

Good info, I may enter into a stipulated agreement for 2 duis. I think they are giving me 1-19. How did your lawyer set up the "clause" anything else I should ask my lawyer to do? The probation will be 5 years but I am hoping to petition for early termination. I already attend AA but my work schedule conflicts with the Nurse Support Group meetings so I don't think I can go to those. How many days a week do they require? I already had a Psych eval which was helpful in the boards decision. Any input would be greatly appreciated. I am so happy to have got a good decision. I made mistakes.....never again

help! trick worked for me, took nclex-pn cali on dec 1st and received passing results today.....BUT, my file is still open in enforcement, how long will they be in there? Another post said Nicolas? had the sam prob, but I cant find that page, does anyone know any info on this

anyone in california have had their results in enforcement? If so how long or how long has it been if u have not received it yet. Took nclex-pn on dec 1st.
