I was wodering after reading your situation,just now i am realising that how hard all are working to study.I am from out of US ,my father is the one who paid all my fee for BSN and now i am in US.I cannot imagine such a situation in my life ,i appreciate you for your hard work and wish you all the best.

friends,my physical test was pretty good,they have taken urine for drug test,TB test and BP.i was really worried and nothing as like i expected.And my orientation starts on 18!!!!!!

Then you have to do CGFNS,that is accepted everywhere i mean in all states.This you can do by visiting www.cgfns.com,you will get an idea about what they do.Before that contact the board first ,some will accept direct papers from your school and license center.Go to CA board of nursing website,they will have contact email address.

If you have studied in USA,no need of credentials.You submit your application to CA board ,they will guide you what to do.They need your documents directly from school.After all procedures they will send you the permission letter for NCLEX.After receiving that you can register with pearson vue and within days you will get ATT.Then write exam ,and pass.

I practiced from India,on call was from 10pm to 7am continously 1 week along with afternoon duty.I losted 10 pounds soon.It was horrible but i stayed for 2 years ,learned many things.i worked for 100 hrs per week.So,eventhough you have hard works hang there ,you will get good experience.Always pray .

For your better future ,you should not reveal the real reason for leaving.Whenever you leave a hospital ,you should have a good name ,if you are not comfortable with your job,better to leave.Wish you all the best.May god bless you

i prefer long cases and i would like to complete it even takes 24 hours,no need to worry of anything .ha ha ha

Don't worry ,every job have its own starting troubles,be positive always that you can do everything.When i started my job after my graduation I struggled lot,sometimes felt to run away from there.But ,due to that struggles only i have learned everything within 3 months and learned how to scrub and circulate in OR.So,take the struggles as a challenge and go forward,don't give up.More over have faith in God and pray always even during your work.All the best

hi my dear friend,with 3 year OR experience i struggled 2 months to get a job in OR,just because my experience from out of country.Any way ,you can apply for internships,otherwise i think it is hard for direct entry.Wish you all the best for your job hunting.My prayers are with you

I am from kerala and i am in Texas.Some hospitals reimburse fee if you are qualified as RN only.You can go through www.baylor.com and www.texashealth.org.I am not sure about you,because you don't have PR.You contact them anyway.All the best

Then it will be difficult.If you can work in nursing field ,some hospitals provides fee for further studies,especially in Texas ,even for spouses they are providing fee.Can't you find some other jobs [walmart]?
