hey guys, i so want to do it too because i think it will make a huge difference between us and the other new grads but it is expensive. I am still trying to get everything together and hope i will be able to do it. And on the website they also said that they will help with job placement, it's a great opportunity. I'm also considering home health at this time, i cannot find a job and it is just sad but I'm hopeful and we all have to be, the new year will be better!!!

I am actually looking for a night shift but it is weird, I cannot find anything. When I fill my application, I check all the available shifts, i am not in a position of choosing, i just want a job

Hey everybody, I am a new grad May 09 licensed in NY and NJ. I cannot find a job, I am totally desperate, I have applied everywhere, nursing homes, home heath, hospitals, clinics, agencies, believe me when i say everywhere but still nothing. I wonder if there is anything am doing wrong and it hurts. what am i supposed to do? what strategies did u guys use? i have 2 kids that i need to take care of and this is not helping at all, any advise?

hey guys, i am also an F1 students on OPT. This retrogression thing is so depressing. And with the economy jobs are ridiculously hard to get as a new grad. I am currently still looking for a job, it is very hard and I am planning to register for my master program in the coming fall however most masters program need u to have at least one year experience that I don't have yet, I better find a job quickly!! because I definitely have to go back to school after my OPT!!

congrats on the job, OMG how did u get a job in a hospital in this economy as a new grad? u will be fine, the beginning in everything is most of the time stressful, pay her no mind and just learn the most you can from her and the orientation will be over soon. she reminds me of one of my clinical instructor, they can be very hard but sometimes it is for the best. And even if you feel that she is been unfair just brush it off, it will be over soon!! Good luck!!

congrats K morris on the job, that is awesome even without benefits!!I had a proposition in home health peds also, but I am still waiting for my license to be endorsed to start working there. How do u like it? congrats again!!

hey guys, I have been reading your post, it is so motivating and interesting. I am a new grad, just got my license in October but I am so exhausted and frustrated,I cannot find a job!! couples of interviews here and there but still nothing yet. It just eats me not finding a job, then I have decided to do something more productive : LOSE MY BABY WEIGHT. I actually started this morning, I would like to lose probably 30 lbs. My current weight is 189 lbs and it will help to be able to vent somewhere

Good luck everybody, i know how it feels to take the test in couple of days, i took mine last week. Good luck , good luck, remenber to be calm and breathe no matter what happens during the exam, i will be saying a prayer!! Best of luck...

heyyyyyyy guys, i just checked my results i passed , i passed, the trick works, we have to stop calling it a trick it is just a quick way to check our result, it is not a trick anymore. i am still pinching myself because i cannot believe it, i cannot believe it. Thanks to all for the support, congrats to all those who passed and to those you have not take the exam, it is just a matter of time, you guys will be RN very soon.

hey guys, yes learning ext is good, the lessons are very long but take your time and read them especially the lessons where you are still having trouble, it was a good review. we used medpubs in school too but for me star nurse is basically the same as medspub, i used those too, hope it helps but i definetely recommend the 3 weeks learning ext

hey lollipop28 thanks i still can't untie the knot from my stomach, but i let u know, i have few more hours to go, i am restless. i used learning ext and believe me some questions from my exam look like they were taken from the lessons of learning extension, i used kaplan just to review test strategies, i also used comprehensive RN by Hogan Ann. saunders is good too. i wish you all the best, and the meds is like the biggest, review the meds. Keep being positive, i am sure you will do great this time, i will keep you in my prayers...

Hey i hope u right because that was the craziest test ever, 75 questions atleast 8 SATA, meds, psych. I almost cried , it was ridiculous. Right I just praying and hoping that the trick is right, evrybody is pretty sure of that , it is the only that is keeping me sane, thanks for the reply, I let u know
