  1. HaaHAAHa, I compleatly agree. I work in acute Psych. If the floor staff tells u to back up, you had better. Or be willing to participate in the code. At that point there is NO "therapizing" the.. Just be reAdy for the S&R paper work. Keep them smoked, hydrated and medicated and u will have a good shift...

  3. how about this, when your kids school nurse calls and of course you are studying and ask you to pick up your child because they dont "feel well". and you start drilling the nurse. Is she throwing up? Does she have diareah? Does she have a temp? Are there visible bumps? NO, then let her goback to class!!!!!

  7. I would do that all the time. For me and my teachers. One of the clinical instructors was a real pain. I gave her. ND: Not a nice person RT: hemmorids MB: pains in the A**!

  9. its my first time testing. i have never had a nursing license before. i was so close to getting that job. she said if only i had my vn#. can u believe that crap.. i did all the stuff you did. they never aske why i was suspended. just what was on my record. that was all nothing major. but now i guess i have to wait. bs, huh?
  10. I am in that boat and its freaking me out!! I passed 2 weeks ago but they are further investigating me. I had a driving on suspended in 02 and subbmited all the info, letters and court files as per my school. I get another letter stating they neeed to why it was suspended in the first place. I sent that letter about 1 week ago. I called and they said they have recieved it, but it will take a few weeks to get in my file. I had a second interview for a SNF. So, needles to say i Am so nervous. But The enforcement guy I was assigned to isnt on my case anymore.
  11. It workrd for me and all the girls in my graduating class. I was so worried and I wasnt gonna do because I didnt wanna jinx myself. But, i did it and gi=ot the pop up Twice. 1 week later I got the letter confirming that I passed.
  12. I want to thank all the hard working smart people who have helped me. I PASSED MY NCLEX!!!!!Yeah me!!!!
  13. Well folks, i did pass that second Hesi and have actually passed the NCLEX-PN. Yeah! Im done till RN school. The best advise I can offer is #1 know your stuff and #2 remember maslows ABC's. Its all about prioritizing, what would you do first. Its possible ladies and gents. Anything is possible...
