  1. @NIcole 2010 where do you work/live, I am a new grad and cannot find an L&D job any pointers? Thanks
  2. hello everyone, I am starting 8/30/10 as well taking the same classes, so i just wanted to say hi.
  3. mci is a good school but it is expensive classes are 5 weeks and u cant miss, but u get what u need. it is very demanding. they have a high nclex pass rate. you will get the same job as any other lpn. i went there in 04 and i am back now getting my rn, we ghraduate in 24 weeks. so if u want it and want it fast do it.
  4. @ peewe delivery where did u have to move, i think after i graduate i am gonna have to move too, i am looking at texas and nc..Jusy wandering what u encountered.
  5. Congratulations, i will be applying to frontier class 80 and i just have a few questions: How rigorous was the admission process? do they turn anyone down or do they just roll them into a different class number? Thanks for your time and congrats hopefully ill be joining u soon.

  8. hi, i was reading the posts and it leads me to have some questions... iam hoping to relocate to houston after i graduate in may. i want to do l&d canu tell me when to start looking for gn programs? and where? also what side of town to live on. thanks
  9. I did the mci LPN program graduated in 06, i moved away and had a job before i left. I moved back to go to the RN program. You can do the LPN and always go back for the RN if your still interested. I have a job its not in a hospital though. Most LPN jobs are outside the hospital. Just focus and know where you r trying to go and dont let others sabotage you. you will do great.good luck
