  1. Congratulations!!!!
  2. I'm sorry to hear that. Take time for yourself! I failed my first 2 times and tested for the 3rd time yesterday. So i understand how you feel. I felt really good about my test this time. I took the HURST review and it was great! I also did exam cram. I really feel like those two helped me. If you haven't taken a review yet I would definitly recommend Hurst
  3. Alrighty Miss Unique! I'm here! for everyone else to know, I graduated this past may and failed my 1st time on june 24th. My job had been paying me to study 8-5 Mon-Fri to prepare for my second attempt. Me and unique studies the Saunders book and i read it COVER TO COVER and did the ENTIRE book of Lacharity as well as the Kaplan Strategies book 2010. I felt ok.. prepared and ready to take on Nclex on Aug 14 for the 2nd time... this time I went to 181 questions and got cut off... only to fail again, and lose my job... Now I'm a bit discouraged and need some confidence to continue. I feel like I'm destined to get a fail result on this dang test. I'm about to start hurst and hogan. (I believe i've read everything else lol) ANY advice would be much appreciated! I'm back in the game, so...................... LETS GO!! :typing
  4. Congratulations! I'm so proud of you! I take mine in 2 days, and your story really encouraged me
  5. i don't understand how it cuts off when your at passing? Im finding it really confusing. I took the pretest and now i'm on the drills, which one is set up like a CAT the drills or the simulated exam? because mine isn't doing that. Am i doing something wrong? I have exam cram (cram master 2)
  6. thank you so much! that makes more sense!
  7. I wouldn't submit another one unless you dont receive it within the next few weeks. There are alot of places that need to be contacted in order for the BON to have everything they need to send your ATT to you (which is the last step unfortunately)
  8. thank you for responding! Good luck on your test! let me know when you find out!
  9. is this normal? I heard this is really helpful for NCLEx but the questions don't seem to be to difficult...Is it really worth continuing.. I test this Friday and have already read all of Saunders comprehensive and done kaplan 2010 strategies and some exam cram...
  10. I take Friday too!! Good Luck! God Bless!!
  11. i failed my first time and developed this study plan with just using the saunders book. Aside from this i am doing kaplan and lacharity with saunders questions (100 a day) from the CD. Its really helping me, cause i needed to brush up on some of my content. i have posted this on here and a few other people are using it and think its helping them. of course you would need to change the days, i just made a calender for us and at the end of the day after we have read our material we get online and discuss it and quiz each other. Good luck and let me know if you need anything.. - Katie’s Saunders Study Plan July 22 Wednesday (TODAY) Unit 8 pg 65, Leadership, Delegating and Prioritizing Client Care Unit 11 pg 112, Laboratory Values Unit 12 pg 127, Nutrition Unit 13 pg 139, TPN July 23 Thursday Unit 14 pg 149, IV therapy Unit 15 pg 163, Administration of Blood Products Unit 16, pg 177, Provision of a Safe Environment Unit 17, pg 186, Administration of Medication and IV Solutions July 24 Friday Unit 19 pg 208, Perioperative Nursing Care Unit 20 pg 225, Positioning Clients Unit 21 pg 233, Care of the Client with a Tube Unit 22 pg 251, Female Reproductive System July 27 Monday Unit 23 pg 258, Obstetrical Assessment Unit 24 pg 264 Prenatal Period Unit 25 pg 278, Risk Conditions Related to Pregnancy Unit 26 pg 296, Labor and Delivery July 28 Tuesday Unit 27 pg 310, Problems with Labor and Delivery Unit 28 pg 320, The Postpartum period Unit 29 pg 327, Postpartum Complications Unit 30 pg 336, Care of the Newborn Unit 31 pg 354, Maternity and Newborn Medications July 29 Wednesday Unit 32 pg 365, Theories of Growth and Development Unit 33 pg 374, Development Stages Unit 34 pg 389, Care of the Older Client July 30 Thursday (Pediatric Nursing) Unit 35 pg 401, Neurological, Cognitive, and Psychosocial Disorders Unit 36 pg 415, Eye Ear and Throat Disorders Unit 37 pg 422, Respiratory Disorders Unit 38 pg 434, Cardiovascular Disorders July 31 Friday (Pediatric Nursing.)
