hi everyone i like this site very much coz it gives encourgement to everybody .my exam is on 22nd april i am doing kaplan question trainer and scored between 50to60%.i am really scared if i am ready for the exam or i need to reschedule my exam.i read saunders 4th edition,lipppincott's q & a 9th edition and exam cram any advise for me to prepare this exam all adivise appreciated

hi this is rupinder toor actually i just heard about the change in nclex rn test from april 2010 i scheduled my exam in middle of the april.....i am scared about this change in nclex exam...need help and motivation.....and please let me know what kind of changes the are doing ........ thanks waiting for ur reply

hi ,i just want to know what is exam cram .i saw in the threads about it .is it a study book or cd or something else.is it works for nclex rn exam. i am preparing for 2nd time .i got my att but i am scared that i did't prepared yet for the exam.i really need a help for this time .what i need to do to PASS THIS EXAM.please reply

hello actually i am from canada.i am preparing for nclex rn exam for california board for 2nd time .i failed the exam first time. now i need help for preparing this exam like what kind of books i need to review. i took the kaplan course.i did the q bank and question trainer. i have a problem with ...whom u see first.....and the priority question....i read the kaplan course book for rn couse....still i need to study saunders review book????i got my ATT... so i want to know what else i need to study please help me....... thanks
