University of South Alabama FNP Spring 2017
I will post an update, once I get a reply. The schools are aware that NursingCas takes a while with their processing. I submitted my application to them before the listed deadline so I will wait to see how it goes.

I need to do better on my nursing exams, PLEASE HELP!
Sorry to hear about your distress . I started nursing so scared after listening to a ton of stories and how a C= passing and blah blah blah blah ............ i can now tell you that I am now in the 3rd sememster and have yet to get a C grade . My style has been to read and apply rather than try to study & cram definition . understand what is being said and then try to apply it to everyday life , i found that it helped me during testing. Also attend test taking skills conferences or meeting usually provided in every school for maybe an hour or less . There are always a few give away in test answer options that instant lets you know that that can never be the answer e.g any answer that has to do with the patient and has the word always anywhere in the sentence is always wrong . The patient case varies so one thing can never apply to everyone . The other one is the words "first " "priority" "not" "never" "always " . stop and circle ,underline because our brain as student have a way of over looking and dismissing these words and trust me they always determine what the most correct answer will be , since all others are usually correct . Youtube has a great professor listed (Campbell teaching ) He is better than all the instructors I have ever had and i listen to him all the time and he answers questions also all the way from UK . study guide works too use those questions and it will build your level of confidence and who knows you may even see the same or similar question on your exams . I hope I have been able to help in one way or the other . Good Luck ! YOU CAN DO THIS !

Fellow student is....a little stinky
HAHA! Body odor is something every human being has but some are just more gifted than others. we all have stunk on one day or the other , just so you know while you are smelling a stinky odor from someone else, guess what ! someone else may have smelt the same stinky smell from you but you just haven't been told . Education is key !

RN or DENTAL HYGENIST
well ! I had to make a similar decision and I chose nursing because I have been an dental assistant for 5yrs and can to testify to how DDS plan and strategize on firing full time hygenist and getting temps to avoid paying benefits.you also have to consider the facts that DDS can work without hygenist especially now in this economy where pts are losing their jobs and also losing insurance and most are no longer able to afford major procedures that keep the DDS busy such as CROWNS,RCT and so forth. Many DDS are now less busy and are now resulting to doing cleanings instead of sitting idle thereby cutting the need for more hygenist. This is all that i observed and it greatly influenced my decision ,money was the least thing I had to think of. STABLE JOB=STABLE MONEY =BILLS PAID =HAPPY EMPLOYEE.
