I did my CNA training at Nunez. I have worked at an assisted living, nursing home and home health. I'm now working at a hospital while finishing up my RN pre reqs. At my current hospital our nurse techs who've just graduated nursing school have accepted their RN positions. Don't know much about Dcc's CNA program. I did their EKG program and it was awesome. Hello. I am getting my ekg certification this May. I'm looking to apply to ekg jobs in Atlanta and if I get a good offer I will move there from Louisiana. The job I currently have now can transfer to most states so I will keep my job as PRN for extra money. My goal is to be a RN get my BSN. Can anyone tell me any good nursing programs in Atlanta and surrounding areas? Adn or bsn. I have to complete college algebra, English 102, a&p 1, a&p2, micro and chemistry. Thank you.

Is New York the only location you can go to for lpn/lvn?

Nunez community college in chalmette has a good lpn program. The pre reqs needed are English 101,nutrition,intro to psych,algebra for college students,college algebra,intro to a & p OR a &p 1 And a& p 2. Pre reqs must be completed by May to enter program for Fall or pre reqs must be completed by August for spring enrollment.
