I talked to my advisor at the campus where i take my classes. Yesterday i was talking to a girl and she said i shouldn t have taken lab and lecture, my advisor told me not too, i should have taen her advice. And i am thinking why didn t she tell me so instead of shouting NEXT while i was still in her office, grrr people are soooo moody and rude.!!!!

Thank you so much you guys you can't imagine how much this helps. I dropped the summer bio and lab lecture class ( my son got sick the first week and now i know now that taking these courses in the summer time was a bad idea) i am studying everyday to prepare myself for next semester. It is going to be a loooong journey but i ll make it. Thank you so much. Take care everyone all of you in LA and also Colorado :)

Hello everyone I am delgado student doing the pre-requisites for the LPN program. I took english last semester, I am currently taking summer classes( biology lab andlecture), thinking of taking maths 118 and medical nutrition next fall. The thing is i feel lonely at Delgado, the advisor is not very helpful and sometimes i get panick attacks at night, my husband and i sacrificed so much so that i could go back to school, (we came back here after living ten years in France so we decided that the best thing would be to go back to school) taking less than 6 hours every semester because we are not louisiana residents yet, paying out of pocket for tuition, books,... My question is If i am done with the pre-requisites by december can i go into the LPN program afterwards, i hear there is a long waiting list. ( when i asked the advisor she said she doesn't know and shouted next while i was still in her office and i was there for about 2 minutes!!!!) If i cant go to Delgado do you recommend other LPN schools in New orleans? thanks y all
