  1. Hi, everyone! Need help. I am an international nurse who wish to endorse my NCLEX RN -California to Ohio. Just wanted to know, if I still have valid visa screen certificate and my IELTS exam has already expired, do I need to take TOEFL as a requirement for endorsement? Is it true that they will accept Visa Screen certificate as a proof that I have taken an english exam? Thanks in advance.
  2. Thanks, Jinaa. Now I got the idea how to start. All the best!
  3. Greetings to everyone! I need some help regarding police clearance for submission on the assessment phase of NMC-UK. I worked in Dubai, UAE for 4 years but I resigned already last year and came back here in Philippines. I do not know how I can get Police Clearance from there and also to process the verification of my license. Anyone who have the same experience? How did you do it? I would appreciate your kind response. Thank you very much.
  4. That I am not sure. But in the sign up folder the information you fill up is your name, age, and board rating. I am not sure if they will base it on that data.
  5. Yup this is updated. Anyway, their office hours from Mondays to Fridays is 9am to 3.30pm. The HR is located on the lower ground floor of the hospital the way to the parking area or you can ask around the security there. I sign up just a week ago or so and they didn't ask for any documents. Just bring an ID though cause the security there might ask you for one.
  6. Yeah I can relate to that. I passed my VOL to PRC November 6 then CGFNS received my documents December 21. I just sent it through regular mail and PRC told me it will take a month but if its through courier it will only be for a week. Best of luck!
  7. I went there last week and gone straight to the Human Resource department. They just let me sign on a registration folder for Staff Nurse applicants. There was a note there saying that the required documents will be passed when you receive a call from them. If I can remember it right that's after you passed the exam. Just bring an ID because the guard will be asking for that. Anyway, good luck to all of us. God bless!
  8. Yes, I already had my teleconference interview with the CEO of Affiliated Care Services. They're offering an EB3 sponsorship and you will be assigned in a Nursing Skill Facility of your chosen state or where you passed the NCLEX-RN exam. There is no placement or agency fee here and the expenses from your foreign examinations and visa screen certificate will be reimbursed once the process is complete. The only problem is that because of the retrogression they admit that the process will take 3-5 years of waiting. Hope this helps. Goodluck to all of us!
  9. I heard about this site too. I am not sure if this is real. But I sent them my CV already. They replied and told me that they will schedule me for a teleconference with their CEO based in California. I will talk to him on Friday. I just want to ask if anyone tried it here too so I may know what to expect. I search the web for more information about them but I only found few forums asking the same question. Or if anyone knows other institutions who are willing to sponsor a foreign nurse please share them here. Thank you!
  10. Hi there!:wink2: Im planning to endorse my NCLEX RN (California) result via examination to the State of Vermont. Im about to submit my application for VSC to CGFNS when Vermont updated their requirements. I just want to ask if I already received my VSC, can I use that for my endorsement to Vermont? Or is there a need for me to apply for CES ? Thank you in advance!
  11. Hi everyone! I just want to ask some assistance in filing the information for CGFNS Visa Screen Application. 1. What is Citizenship ID Number? I'm here in the Philippines and I am not sure if this ID is the same as the numbers (Registration Number) written in my Birth Certificate.. 2. What will I write in the "Name of Diploma or Certificate in its Original Language" for Secondary Education? Is it something like "Certificate of Graduation"? 3.In 16 c. there was this part: If you passed either SBTPE or NCLEX-RN, Please list date and location where you passed the examination: Month__ Day__ Year__ (Is this my testing date? or the one written in my passed letter?) State/Province:__ (I took the NCLEX-RN (California) exam here in the Philippines. Should I write there Manila? Or Is it referring to the State I applied my NCLEX-RN exam? ) Country:__ (is this US?) Did passing of this exam lead to license being issued in the same state/province? (Should I tick the "No" box coz Ca BON couldnt give me my license bec I dont have my SSN yet?) 4. What about the Signature of the Applicant? Should I sign my whole name in cursive? I read some thread here that this is different from our regular signature, right? 5. And lastly (I'm sorry if I asked a lot), about the fees for CGFNS Visa Screen Certification.. I visited their site.. Am I going to pay for this: "Certification Program: initial applicant: CGFNS Qualifying ExamSM, credentials review, English language proficiency " which is $418? Thank you very much! ;)This forum helps alot! God bless you all!
  12. Wee! Thanks, Margaux and Silverdragon for all the info you've shared. My anxiety is now on its mild level. :icon_roll I finally had an idea on what to do. Goodluck with your application, Margaux! Wish you the best! Take care!
  13. Thanks Margaux! Wow, good luck to your application to VT. Wish you the best. Keep us updated on what happend, okay. So sad, VT would be changing their policies soon.. And oh my.. I haven't started any procedure yet.. :yldhdbng:I hope they would still not require an SSN by the time I would submit mine... With what Silverdragon posted here I've decided to do the Visa Screening first. How bout you, Margaux, are you finished with the Visa Screen already? Or you process your application by examination to VT first? I hope I'm not too much.. But what are the other States wherein I could endorse or send my NCLEX-RN notification to without me requiring an SSN? Thank you so much for your patience to me. Godbless you all! :hpygrp:
  14. Hi Silverdragon! I just have an inquiry.. Hope it's ok..If I would apply for VISA Screen first, can I use that Certificate to another State in the US? Despite that the document, particularly the NCLEX RN exam result that I will be submitting there, will be coming from the Ca BON? Thank you in advance! :-)
  15. Hi Margaux! Thank you for your reply. I think you're right. I will try your suggestion. I hope VT could approve my application. I am frightened by the idea that I have to repeat the NCLEX-RN examination after 3 years (it's like I had a traumatic experience when I took it). If anyone had tried other ways to prevent their Ca NCLEX-RN result to expire kindly share them, please. Thank you! Godbless!
