  12. Actually penillicillin , and its derivatives including cephalosporins , their common side effect is allergy or anaphylaxis. Anaphylactic shock is one severe form of allergy. Low molecular weight heparin like lovenox dont need an antidote since its milder form compared to the unfractionated heparin . My sources ncsbn learningext and pharmacology by goodman. I can vouch for it - I am also a surgeon from another country
  13. lovenox has no antidote . penicllin has no antidote . allergies , you can give epinephrine
  14. try pearson vue trick
  15. if your young less than 35 , no fam history of breast ca , no history of pills , no smoking , no physical signs of malignancy , dont worry about it , its benign

  17. online ncsbn helps . mosby for questions . main thing focus on one reviewer then other reviewers for study questions and rationale only. before you take the test , study for a minimum of two months , everyday for 8 hours , rest in between . then be honest to yourself if ur ready , then take it , if not , resched
  18. actually 5 hours is a long time to answer even 265 questions which 5hours =300minutes , which you need 265 min for 265 questions . to be safe only spend 1-2 minutes per question , in my experience . i spend 60 minutes for 30 questions , then took a break after twice . i got a total of 80 questions and spent 3 hours all in all . even though you have only a max of 160 min for 80 questions . It never ran out of time because there was still 2 hours left . dont fret about time as long you dont spend more than 2 min per no , your ok
