  1. Thanks for your response! I m glad to hear that the Cna program is good at Lawson. You are so right about Gasden state, I was like all this for the program. The only reason why I was considering them, is because they say you train for 2 skills in their program. Also what is the work keys assessment at lawson? Also what times did you go to class? How were your clinicals scheduled?
  2. Anyone know how much Lawson's cna program cost? Wha about for Gasden state as well? How did you like the programs?
  3. I'm not sure call one of the secretaries.........they could tell you!
  4. no you can do rn to msn, they have those programs at uab and jsu, you don't have to have a bsn for those. they are bridge programs rn to msn, get your bachelors and masters in one easy step
  5. Why not do RN-MSN"? I guess you're not interested in the msn though
  6. Hey try UAB'S accelerated program
  7. AUM is pretty easy, that's all I know of right now
  8. Troy is vey easy to get into, you are not wasting your time taking those classess. As long as you at least have a 2.5, you are fine. Oh yeah, why are you not doing an accelerated program since you already have a bachelors?
  9. Troy is extremely easy to get into, but once you're in it's hard work. It's not easy making it through though, but what nursing program is?
  10. I haven't failed out of nursing school but I did have to drop a class, but all I can say is stop feeling sorry for yourself. This won't get you anywhere. You need to dust yourself off and try again. You aren't the first this has happened to, and you surely WON'T be the last!
  11. yeah no one knows anything about what's going on. good luck to us all!
  12. I am not trying to throw salt on the your fire, but you may really want to consider applying to other nursing programs. I have a friend that went over her teachers head to appeal her grade, which was the right thing to do, but once she got back in those teachers made her nursing education a living nightmare. She eventually transferred out of the school the next semester, and went on to graduate from there. I am just telling you this to be prepared for any attitudes or any other pettiness that may take place when you get accepted back in!
  13. I have no clue, hopefully it won't be as long as the RN response
  14. Did anyone aplly to Lawson's spring LPN program?
  15. I currently go their now for the BSN program. I am only in second semester, but the only thing I can tell you is to stay on yop of your reading and make sure you take full advantage of the pratice time in labs for your check-offs, oh yeah the good news is that once second semester is over, you have no more check-offs!
