I dont know about the other programs but I like Kaplan. If you know the Saunders book, you know the NCLEX

Its funny, some of my friends got a job in a few weeks and some of them could not get one for over 3 months. It depends.

Take a vacation!! What if you do not have the chance to take a vacation and you have to jump right into working after orientation? Take the vacation and enjoy:jester:

If it does not happen for you start with med surge or whatever else you like. Get your one yr experience and more doors will open for you
